I would give this conditioner a 5 because I like it. However, it is almost impossible to remove the cover. Either my husband has to cut it (and it's not always easy for him either) or I have to cut it. I fully understand the reason behind the protective cap, but there must be a better way. I've seriously considered another brand just for the lid but love how this mouthwash cleans my mouth. I haven't had this problem with other mouthwash bottles. I think for now I'll find a husband or a knife to take it off.
