I gave 2 stars because the packaging was good. Also, the box was really very light with the item inside. I have heard complaints about this item. I checked the site and there were NO sizes listed. So I listened again to the complaints about how small he is. I didn't even open it. I sent it back for a refund the same day of arrival. I found exactly what I was looking for on the Kmart website for less than five times the retail price. So I bought 2. They are very strong as before and gave them away because I didn't disassemble them for shipping because I didn't have the tool available. I won't do it again. I'll find the tools next time if needed. It's hard to find. So if you want a GOOD over the door towel rail that is quite large and fits perfectly on your door and you have dry towels, I recommend you try Kmart.
