This is a nice concept that makes brushing easy and fun. However, I don't feel the performance lived up to the brand. This U-shaped electric toothbrush is recommended for children aged 2 to 8, but aside from being too childish for an eight-year-old, it also doesn't offer enough cleaning power for a child with teeth. I ordered it for my child. two-year-old brother, but he had trouble understanding what it was and how to use it, so his three-year-old sister used it. She liked it, but the soft bristles didn't clean her teeth. However, this toothbrush would be fantastic for a teething baby. Without teeth, the soft bristles and gentle vibration would gently massage your gums. That being said, I would NEVER pay $35.99 for it. Sorry, but for this toothbrush being the best for only a small window on the market (like teething babies), the price is outrageous. If you can spend a million dollars on household items like toothbrushes, that might not be a problem. Although I doubt you have a million dollars lying around. (If so, can I borrow a quarter?)
