I ordered a large when I usually get XL and it fits perfectly. I weigh about 215 pounds and am 5 feet 3 inches tall. It's very comfortable and goes with a variety of outfits. The only problem I have is that you can't raise your arms without pulling the ruffle over your shoulder, but that's to be expected with any off the shoulder piece. All in all this is a great product.
