Has been used on a few 8 mile runs and would recommend. I bought this strap after looking for something that would comfortably fit a large phone (Pixel 6 Pro, 6.5 x 3 x 3/8 inch with case) as my previous strap with the zip pocket was too small for the front pocket accommodates the largest phones and is easy to insert and remove. Don't jump and stay in place. It looks like it could go down to a waist of around 30 inches (mine is 32/33 with a few extra inches at the belt for tightening). Unlined, but I didn't notice any difference between the lined and unlined straps, or even that the strap was there. The bottles are decent, don't smell, don't leak and are easy to use. I only run with one and use the other pocket for keys, ID etc (the second pocket has a key hook).
