I'm generally satisfied with the thing. The battery didn't last as long as I hoped, but I used it again on level 4 (out of 6). He worked from about 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. Four hours at level 4 is acceptable in my opinion. I saw a previous review where the guy claimed he worked a full 10 hours for him. I can only assume he ran it at level 1 or 2 to get that kind of battery life. I work in a factory without air conditioning where the temperature reaches 95 degrees, so it is necessary to work at a higher speed. The only thing that really bothers me is that the fans fit properly around my neck. I often have to adjust the fit around my neck because one fan is pointing at my chin and the other almost at my ear. I think a better design would include some sort of latch or clip that extends from the sides of the battery case and attaches to the collar to hold the fans in place. That shouldn't be difficult. Either a fixed clip/clasp type or somehow attached to the body with a short lanyard (maybe adjustable?). And removable, if you really do not feel sorry for such an addition. In any case, it is simply necessary to be able to support the position of the fans. I think if such a change were made I would be more than willing to give this item a 5 star rating.
