NOISY! I'm afraid my neighbors heard it while it was on!
I liked the shape and feel of this vibrator, but only the lowest vibration is quiet. The rest of the settings sound louder than a chainsaw! I've tried really cheap and expensive vibrators and this is by far the worst and noisiest! :/ I wouldn't recommend it at all, and on some settings the vibration seems to get out of rhythm. If it had been quiet I would have liked it a lot more but I swear my neighbor heard it as soon as I turned it on!
