First, the seller's customer service was fantastic. The bag was at the NV airport within about 30 minutes of ordering and arrived in North Carolina overnight. Wow. The bag itself is ok, feels like plastic, no leathery feel. However, I think that this bag will stick very well and will not scratch marks so easily due to this fact. The color is not dark grey, but real espresso. The bag must be filled with items to safely stand on its own. My 13 inch laptop is not big enough to hold my bag upright. The first night I put a lightly filled bag on the counter, then I know the bag crumbled and fell off the kitchen counter onto the tile floor below, and the computer fell out of the bag onto the floor. The computer was fine, but now I will always put this bag on the floor. The shoulder straps are too short if you like to carry the bag on your shoulder, I'm 5'1" my arms are short and I struggle to get the bag easily onto my shoulder - it requires some awkward maneuvering - it is really intended to be worn on the forearm like the model. I removed the key thing because it serves no purpose other than decoration. I thought it was a keychain holder but it's not. Anyway nice bag. Update 4-17: I received an email that the seller refunded me this bag which I did not request. I still love the bag and would recommend it to others so I'm confused.
