I bought it yesterday from the store and will be returning it today. It has issues with the Apple M1, although Dell's own documentation says it has been tested to work with the Apple M1. Ethernet is limited to 200 megabits, although it is constrained to 1000 base t full duplex. Output to one display works, but you can't even connect a second display if the display is connected to a hub. Even if you plug that second display directly into an available USB port on your MacBook Pro. Pass-through power seemed to work well. But bottom line: if you have an Apple M1 attached to your computer, pass this USB hub on. I'm pretty sure Windows is fine as Dell hubs are usually very good. That's why I bought it. I know they usually make great USB hubs and docking stations. But this center was disappointing.
