The first great thing about this product is that it's foil sealed under the lid to keep it from leaking. In my opinion, it's a nice mix of flowers and herbs, but it's not something that lingers on your hair, so it doesn't really matter that much. This procedure is designed to help preserve color and add shine to hair. I shampooed as usual and then squeezed out just over a quarter size and smeared into my hair, I have a bob that's almost shoulder length. I then told Alexa to start my timer and finished the shower before rinsing it off with warm water at the end. The first thing I noticed when combing with a wet brush is that it moisturizes well and detangles the hair. I have dry overcolored hair as I get highlights in my hair every 3-4 months. I added my usual styling mousse and hair protectant, then dried them with a large dry styling brush. Normally my hair has a pretty decent shine, so I didn't necessarily notice a huge difference with this one. However, I have found that my hair is straighter, if not a little heavier. It definitely leaves more moisture (or maybe even product?) in my hair than the conditioner I used. I definitely had to use a lot of dry shampoo to get a few more days before washing. But I also noticed a difference here. I usually finish with my blow dryer comb, but all I really had to do was brush my hair and I was done. Although it felt heavy, it seemed to hold a little more life in my hair. I've used it several times now and I seem to get the same result every time. There is a difference, I adjusted the way of application. I don't condition or use it at my roots and apply it about three to four inches from the top of my head. It helps with the heaviness and I like the results so much more. There is one more thing I have a small complaint about. The inscription on this bottle is white on a light pink background. I had to turn on my cell phone flashlight to read this. There was no box so it was the only thing that could be read and it was quite difficult.
