Review on Acana Highest Protein Dry Dog Food 🐾 and Crunchy Treats: Grain Free Nutrition for Active Dogs by Jamie Hill

good quality, happy dogs

When we tried Rachel Ray dog food my dog lost weight quickly. On a friend's recommendation we tried this Orijen stuff. You can tell by the weight that it's good. 1 cup of this food is heavy. Other dog food is much lighter, even with the same amount, so mostly airy. Actually it's food. Dogs love it too. It costs about $20-$30 more than the same size bags from other brands, but I think there's more real food in the bag. It's been about 4 months since I switched and my older dog is finally back to the weight he should be. We were concerned because she got so skinny you could almost see the bumps on her spine, but now she's back to 40 pounds, not too fat, not too skinny, and has lots of energy for a 9-year-old. Thank you Orijen! At $20 more per pouch compared to cheaper brands, it's really worth it.

Pros
  • High test results for hold and shelf life
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
