I contacted support and had to unplug and plug it back in which solves the problem for a few hours but the next day it happens again. The keyboard is also flat, so I have to prop it up to type touch. It just doesn't feel like a regular keyboard to get used to, but the capital letter blocking issue is very frustrating; I have to get up, turn the computer over so I can reach the USB port, unplug the cable, plug it back in, turn the computer over, sit back down, and get comfortable, all of which takes over a minute. I could just return it and pay more for a real Apple keyboard.
