The product itself was fine and works well. Shipping ruined this purchase. I was a little apprehensive about replacing my monitor which had failed. I was willing to pay for expedited service (which cost almost as much as the product itself) but was unhappy with the so-called expedited service I received. The order was placed on December 2nd and the item was received on December 11th. Not very sped up in my book - definitely not worth $28.
