I needed a lamp for my art table with an adjustable top. I need a lamp that can be attached to a desk without slipping when tilted and also has a flexible/adjustable neck. This lamp fully meets the requirements. The sizes listed on the product page appear to be accurate so use them to see if this fits your needs. This lamp works well. There are two brightness levels and three light colors to choose from. I like soft yellow for reading and bright white for drawing. The gooseneck is quite strong and flexible and allows me to position the lamp however I want. The clamp is very easy to use and also grips firmly and stays in place. As far as the lights go, I'm very happy with this one. Works well for my needs, no complaints. Just use the measurements to see if it's too small for you because it's too small.
