Looks good but mine doesn't turn on right away

I must have gotten a bad batch because my device won't turn on at all with fully charged and properly installed batteries. Trying to figure out how to replace it is difficult since the company is based in China. A frustrating process and it's brand new. Looks amazing and I can't wait to use it but just one rotten apple and I have it.
