Cute halter dress good for me
I was looking for a halter dress and this one is pretty flattering. Nice length and not too full/ruffly. The fabric is a little cheap looking and the elastic in the waistband doesn't lay really flat but overall I think the dress works really well as far as highlighting shoulders, arms and legs.

- The skirt may be too short or too long for some wearers
