Good No Frills

These gift bags are great for what they are - heavyweight plastic bags with a red cord instead of a ribbon. There are some things I like about them and some things I don't like. They're pretty because they're thick and heavy - thicker than a sturdy lawn waste bag - and colorful, with a fun Christmas design. They're also great because you don't need tissue paper in these bags like you would with a paper gift box or bag. I just don't like these types of gift bags, mainly because of the way the lid opens. – like a bread bag with a twirling tie. This is exactly what is advertised - it's just an unattractive way of gift wrapping. Plastic drawstring gift bags and paper gift bags are more attractive styles than these. At $9.98 for 12 packs, they average 83 cents each. It's good for big bags (which are also good for really big gifts), but small bags aren't great. The best thing about this set is the TWO extra large tote bags (44" x 36"). for wrapping very large gifts. But I'm just not happy with putting small gifts in a bag like that, even though they're thick. I write honest reviews to help others make informed purchases because I read reviews myself and know how helpful they can be. I hope my review helped you!
