1. Cost - The cost was comparable to others.2. Easy to order - no problem with ordering.3. Packaging and Shipping - No problem with 2 days Prime, order arrived as promised.4. Product quality and fit. I have ordered other shirts from retailers and had no problems. The fit was different on this shirt, although the shirt said 18x32/33 the fit was closer to 18x34/35. I thought maybe I should wash it and see if it makes a difference and it doesn't matter. 5. Returns - Since I have already opened the package and washed the shirt, no return is possible. I ended up buying the same shirt at a retail store (which worked for me). I'm stuck with this other shirt that I can throw away or pay to have it fit. 6. Conclusion - I'm skeptical about buying another shirt this way, not sure if these shirts are "irregular" and therefore the price is lower, but I'll probably shop at retail again.
