I like how it easily integrates with Salesforce, Hubspot & Marketo to automate marketing campaigns across channels - email sends/reminders at scale without writing code! The ability for administrators are able to manage their own profiles vs requiring support staff members helps keep costs low in this type organization which requires lots of people supporting IT resources internally.
