Update 4/16/20** The company contacted me frustrated that my mother was having issues with the stickiness of a pair of lightbulbs and they offered to send another one to my mother for free install was happy. It was a pleasant surprise and I am impressed with their customer service to ensure their customers are happy. Hats off. I hope the second sentence is better. I bought this for my 80 year old parents and they said they keep falling off the wall because the sticky stuff doesn't stick. They come with screws so I recommended screwing them to the wall although they didn't want to. Screws seem like a better option than the flimsy sticky pads that come with them. They said they are bright and light up the stairs well.
