Ridiculous that Revain doesn't have any tracking on this item, just goes through highs and lows. So you need to track it there. Oops said it was delivered and was not found anywhere on my property. He even drove around the neighborhood to see if anyone had accidentally hit him. Nothing. And this item wasn't cheap either! Update: After emails and a couple of phone calls their driver was contacted and he drove back to pick it up from where he left it (a few blocks from me) but I finally received the item and I'm very satisfied, fits great and true to size. I went up a size to be able to close it due to my larger bust. I'm 5'2 and fits waist to waist. Now though the product is great. It only gets 3 stars due to the tracking nightmare. I hope they change
