This backpack far exceeded my expectations. Superbly padded shoulder straps and many separate compartments of different sizes make it easy to take various items with you and access them quickly. The charging port inside is perfect when you're out and about all day and need access to your tablet, laptop or phone. I took him to a baseball day at the park; and it held all my snacks, drinks, camera, blankets, coats, sunscreen and pillows and an iPad for over 7 hours. Took him to the beach the next day with iPad, camcorder, lunch, snacks, drinks, towels, sunscreen and a book. All items are stowed in such a way that you can only take one bag with you instead of several. It's durable, stylish and well made. Electronics stayed clean, dry, protected and charged all day long. It has a large amount of padding to ensure comfort. The downside of the bag is that it can get quite heavy over long distances. Multiple zippered pockets make it easy to retrieve items. I would recommend this backpack for college students as well as anyone who travels or travels during the day (TSA approval is an important feature with airport security) as a great option for separating your stuff (holds 2x more than other backpacks I have) and Keeps them safe, clean, dry, easy to find and hands free while carrying them.
