I like how easy it was to use with our team of marketers who are used to other software platforms. Also liked being able to add tags without having an IT rep help us set up each tag since we have many different departments at my work where this program would be beneficial! Not much dislike about anything but wish there were more options when setting out campaigns if you need them later down the road. We're tracking impressions/clicks vs actual purchase actions so now can see what's working best or not as well as which areas within ads seem most effective. This has also helped me understand better why certain channels get higher click rates than others - thanks to insights provided by their data scientists! It allows us to track everything from clicks throughs to conversions across multiple devices. The analytics side helps guide decisions and budgets spent towards future advertising efforts.
