Are these made in China? This is the only thing that could explain the extremely wrong measurements of this belt. I first bought a size 40 belt (I wear size 38 pants and have a slightly loose fit around my chest) and the two ends of the belt couldn't even touch. Strange considering I ordered a size larger than I would wear. I ordered the next size up and it's several sizes too big for me. It cannot be made in America.

- That's way too small. I even bought a larger size than I wear and it's a few inches shorter.
