Disappointed with the design. Watching the video guide on how to install the filter, I can't get past step 5: connecting the connector to the shower arm. The problem is that after I put the black washer in the connector there were only about 2 ring nuts left. This is not enough to tighten it to the shower bracket. No matter how hard you twist to tighten, the plug will fall off immediately. To test this I removed the black washer from the connector so there were more threaded rings. And he immediately puffed on the shower handle. I don't know why they didn't use a thinner washer or a longer plug. I reversed the connector so that the larger side now goes to the shower head and the smaller side goes to the filter. This now allows it to connect, although not very tightly or securely. It's working for now, so we'll see how it goes over the next few weeks.
