It took a day or two, but I eventually adjusted to the new routine. Plus, it has its benefits. It stays in your ears; you bought them for use in a gym, and they're doing their job. They keep your feet in place on the treadmill and when tilting, with the caveat that you may have to readjust them sometimes. The majority of headphones cause pain in my little ears after only ten to fifteen minutes of use, however these cause me no discomfort at all. The tally stays with you for a while. Has its drawbacks. Obviously, the music transmission isn't great, but it's also not bad. If you listen loudly enough, people around you will be able to identify the song. In a gym, this is not an issue, but if you want peace and quiet at home, your neighbors will hear everything you're listening to.
