Free connection. The connector to the laptop occasionally weakens or falls off altogether.
Connector is very loose. So any movement of my laptop and you lose full connection, you don't realize it until you get the low battery message. I travel for business, my lap, suitcase or bedside table is my desk and sometimes back and forth I need to know my connection is secure and I don't have to worry about my laptop dying on me.
