This used to be a great product but what I received is very different. I contacted the manufacturer and apparently they changed the formula last year. therefore it doesn't smell or feel the same. My advice to anyone who wants to call themselves a manufacturer: if a cosmetic product changes its recipe beyond recognition, it should also change its name. Otherwise you will be accused of marketing a product with inconsistent quality, which is what I am currently doing. Otherwise, I have to admit that our bottle arrived damaged and had to be returned, but that didn't detract from the quality of the soap.
