I bought both the small and this size. .

I bought both the small and this size. I tried the small one first and it doesn't seem to work at all. I've tried various heats, room temperature reheats, up, down, you name it, but to no avail. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong? My hair is not very coarse and I have used hot wax with great success but wanted to try this one as it is organic. Now I'm stuck with two glasses of this :(
