Review on PopSockets: PopGrip With Swappable Top For Phones &Amp by Andre Belitz

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Terrible quality - fell apart in 3 months

Update: The SMH lasted about 3 months and the flat metal top came loose from the cone. I glued it madly and I hope that after it dries it can be used. But they are LESS strong than the originals. And no, you can't just buy the tops. I've had probably 10 pop sockets on 3 phones and a kindle over the years, ALL had the same problem, the flat top was falling off and you're SOL, you can't just buy this part (except for some ugly generic trinkets). that's not even a popsocket brand) so this one no longer has 4 reeds, it's sort of made together with the cone section and the cone comes off to replace it. I understand this modular design better and hope it lasts longer.

Pros
  • Cool item
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled
