Sticky and hard to cut

I used this for my treat bag/chip bag for my 4-year-old daughter. Well, it was hard to cut without it coming off on the scissors. and when I placed the finished product out for kids, the tape started up sticking to the package and I had so problem. So don't leave it out in the elements and use a straight razor to cut.
