This case will render your microphone useless as the foam rubber will squeak and squeak slightly when rubbed (even if you hear no movement or noise). We use our tablet a lot for video calls and unfortunately it took longer than the return window to figure out why the noise was happening. I would return it if I could but instead we have to take it off every time we call. My daughter loves the color and it feels good in the hand but I don't think the grip will last long either as the hinge pin is already loose.
