Good fit and good results. I have used these sock garters intermittently and throughout the day at work which means at least 8 hours on my feet. I had surgery on my feet to release plantar fascia and will be buying more. Really good support. I've had other products as well, but they offer full support with no binding or noticeable arc control, which was overkill with other products. I recommend this product to others who may need something to relieve their pain and may be able to avoid surgery for the bone spurs I have developed on my heels.
