I got the serum about 10 days ago and started using it daily. My lashes have gotten a little longer! Not thicker, but again it was only used for a few days. Now I will use it twice a day morning and evening and monitor the progress. I hope to say goodbye to my tiny bald head. I ordered the serum primarily because I liked the ingredients - French immortelle extract and hydrolyzed natural silk, they are very nourishing. I also like how easy it is to use - like applying liquid eyeliner; Some serums come in a bottle and you need to buy a (thin) brush to apply the stuff. I highly recommend this product. By the way, consistency is key, so don't miss a day.
