This product doesn't work with my Surface 3 Pro. The touchscreen was unresponsive unless you pressed hard. The case pressed the power button, causing the Surface to turn on and off randomly. The stylus/pen case is on the inside of the Velcro cover. To get inside you have to undo the velcro cover and open the pocket. I was planning to use this item in my field service shop. This is not a product I could use and it would be a waste of my time, money and effort. I've read that this can cause overheating issues, I disagree. Nobody will use it long enough to cause overheating. The shipment was sent via DHL who forwarded it to the USPS who took it to the wrong house on the block. I'm sure the sellers are good people and hope they can make product and shipping changes.
