the speaker cap fell off on the second day of use

i am totally disappointed in these headphones as i had a problem with my NEW jaybird freedom headphones which i bought just 2 days ago and already have the right ear bud broke when the speaker cover fell off the headset body exposing the cables and connectors, i am very disappointed as i trusted the advertising they did and can't believe that in just two days of usage they could do this to this extent to damage, I wrote to Jaybird Customer Service will continue to resolve my complaints promptly.
