I bought this for my father in law who comes to visit from time to time but has back pain but reads a lot without getting up in our guest room where That being said, my father-in-law, who not only has a bad back but is also much older, felt that he was just finding it too difficult to move around and had little room for a back brace. I saw it personally and understood where it came from! My real problem is that even though I bought it in January 2018 the product says THREE YEARS WARRANTY and when I called to return it they said there was nothing they could do for me because they really have a 30 day warranty have the right of return! I think this company is a bunch of scammers!
