I am satisfied with everything, both price and quality, I advise you to buy.
I took it as an experiment, I decided to treat myself. Listen to magnetic planars (a thing, who cares, but I fell in love with the sound), listen to 3D (a funny attraction without using it, I didn’t even turn it on for the last six months, I just listened in high-res), try how you live with wireless headphones at the computer (as a result anyway, it always sat through the wire, because as a headset via Bluetooth in Windows it works disgustingly because of the codecs). Due to the weight and discomfort, I thought about changing, but the amount of money spent (35 thousand at the time of purchase) stopped me, and I really fell in love with the sound. After the breakdown, I took ordinary wired headphones and a separate microphone. In February, from a recall, Evgenia learned about the possibility of a replacement through Audeze themselves and contacted them. Everything is as described - sending via EMS according to the instructions to America, they send back a new headset of a fresh revision with all the equipment. The service is just wonderful, it radically changes the attitude towards marriage. I ate the review, listening to music in the new headset. I put 4 stars, since other shortcomings, of course, have not gone away. I hope the new revision will serve faithfully for a long time, since now it will not be the main one for me.
- Sound, microphone quality, ridiculous gadgets for indulging (3d, head position tracking, several modes, etc. - the advantages of this headset can be found everywhere in detail).
- For a year of use, it was not possible to find a convenient location on the head. The headset is very heavy, it puts a lot of pressure on the ears. A Bluetooth wireless connection means that under Windows it will not work as a wireless connection. This, however, was known in advance and also discussed in detail in the reviews. With a wired connection, the left earbud was regularly hot (battery charging?), which again had an extremely negative effect on comfort. Review ated: There was the first revision, in which the mount to the shackle was almost guaranteed to burst. Moreover, the headset served a year and broke down immediately after the warranty expired. So I gave 1 star. However, thanks to the feedback, I learned that a new revision has been released and Audeze are ready to change headsets when contacting them directly.
