Great Overall Product and Very Convenient

I like that it has many features to help me improve my communication with our guests, room service team etc., also helps track inventory/room information which enables us be more efficient in keeping things stocked up as needed! Not much dislike at this point - though there could always use improvement if you're looking into an overall solution or best fit of your needs (esp when compared against other competitors). It's helped tremendously being able solve problems regarding guest concerns via text message messaging system without having them come straight through front desk staff members who may not have time to address their issues right away during busy day times!! The ability to have all of your emails in one place, easy access from any device via our website or mobile app makes this tool very convenient! I love that we are able to set up reminders with email notifications as well. If you're looking for a way to keep track of everything at once without having to search through multiple different places, then Hotelforce will definitely be helpful. It's been great having such an organized system where it is so much easier than sorting things out ourselves.
