These are basically spandex yoga leggings with fancy buckles on them. i ordered larger but that was not necessary.Also you can clearly see my panties through them. Im not talking panty lines, I mean the every detail of the pattern on my panties. So definitely a long shirt if I wear them at all.They are very comfy, but pretty cheaply made. I was expecting a jegging type material for some reason.
