Installation was very difficult. Every little hair or speck of dust creates a bubble. We hope the product's performance makes up for the terrible frustrations encountered during installation. If you decide to purchase one of these protectors, be sure to purchase two packs and install them in a hypothetical, nonexistent, airtight vacuum; free of hair, dust or dirt. HOWEVER: The company contacted me and offered a replacement for the defective one, first attempt at installation. I appreciate that the company promptly consulted with the customer and offered a solution to the problem. I have edited my original review to reflect the company's willingness to rectify the situation. Also, it's been a few days since the successful install and the product seems to be working fine - so you can still use the Surface Pen and all touchscreen functionality.
