Getting Started, First Order Placed I was very happy to receive this as my cat recently had invasive surgery and has needed a cone for a long period of time. I received the package but there is nothing in it! You sent me an empty package. So Revain placed a replacement order and I just received it today. First, my cat barely weighs 9 pounds and is by no means large. I measured from their chart and took an L just in case. It didn't even cover the shoulders, the neckline was also too big, but the length was too short. My cat couldn't take two steps in it without falling because the neck hole restricted his shoulders. I only gave two stars because it was very soft. But definitely not worth the money...
