These are potentially great headphones until they become a problem because they never sync with each other. I've done all the tech support suggestions. The manual even lists this as a problem that seems to have happened often enough to warrant mentioning. It sucks that every time I try to use these headphones I have to turn it on, turn it off, factory reset it and then plug it back in and try to sync it. This takes a few minutes each time. At first they worked fine, but then they kicked up every time I tried to turn them off. These headphones are in dire need of a fix. Fix it and you'll have quality. Range is great too, but can sometimes drop out if something gets in your way, but mostly good. The sound quality is loud, probably the best feature if you plan to use them in noisy environments, listen first (don't speak), they are clear. It skips some audio frequencies and to a trained ear you'll notice that the audio is a bit distorted, but it's not really noticeable. The microphone also picks up a lot of ambient noise, which becomes almost impossible when you're on the road (car noise), walking (wind), indoors (any noise around you). There are better noise canceling options out there.
