Not sure if it works for weight loss but it has another benefit
I've been using it for probably a year and I think it's at least helping me maintain my weight. I can't say that losing really helps me. Most of the time I don't bother to swallow the pill, I just pop it in my mouth to get the liquid and then throw the capsule away. I find the scent pleasant. What I've noticed is that it definitely helps me maintain regularity! Promotes bowel movements, and that alone is worth it.
