Received a few weeks ago. At first I didn't know how to feel when I tried it. I'm a vegetarian and try to skip eggs and whey. Needless to say, I have a serious protein deficiency. I'm pretty open minded when it comes to animal substitutes and all their amazing, sometimes weird flavors. It definitely has an odd taste and it took a week to get used to. A little gritty with the water and my friend said it smells like iguana food lol it has a reptile food smell to it but not necessarily bad to me just weird. I'm someone who uses a lot of apple cider vinegar and I'm used to the smell so it didn't bother me. I am currently about 3 weeks old and already used to the smell and taste (something like cocoa taste), I could easily eat as a meal replacement. I haven't seen how it works with muscle maintenance yet because I've been doing some sort of strength training since I bought it. It's really not bad, it might not be for everyone. This is a much easier way to get many of the nutrients you may be missing out on. In my opinion, no protein supplement is perfect, and they all taste similar. Additive. I don't know, I'm a regular customer, but if there are no weird allergies or side effects, I'll buy again.
