Review on πŸͺ‘ Premium Comfort: GDF Studio Elizabeth Tufted Charcoal Fabric Recliner Arm Chair by Candace Carpenter

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Poor quality side panels.

I bought this chair a few months ago but having had a serious back injury and living alone I was never able to assemble it. When I finally got this arm three weeks ago, I was thrilled to finally have a good chair that would take the strain off my back. It turned out beautifully and was relatively easy to assemble. But I noticed almost immediately that one of the sidebars was pushed forward a little more than the other. No big deal, right? It should be attached at the base and back well enough to hold its shape. NOT CORRECT. Within a day of use I could tell the chair was collapsing on one side. I tried hammering the bracket back into place, rotated the backrest AGAIN to correct my sitting position to put more pressure on the other side but it still collapsed and now I had to add pins to the underside to fix it telling them apart, but even that doesn't help it. I'm devastated that I wasted my money and now I'm back to square one.

Pros
  • Furniture
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
