Looks very nice, but the floor came off very quickly

The boots I bought for my son look very nice and solid. They are also true to size and quite warm, or at least my son doesn't freeze after wearing them in the snow as well. However, after only a few wears, the bottom of the shoe came loose at the back. We had it repaired by a shoemaker and it's been working fine ever since, but somehow it spoiled the overall impression.
