Great Customer Service & Flexible with Scalability

The project managers who were assigned to us, helped me understand what was going on during each stage of our implementation. They made sure we had everything that we needed at every stage - from training sessions, through testing and beyond. And they did it without being pushy or overly-involved. If there is anything I can improve upon it would be their timeliness when responding to issues/questions. At times delays would occur between them getting back to you which could result in your needing to resolve an issue on your own time. It's a little bit more expensive than some other service providers but not enough so as to deter us from using IT outposts again given how great my experiences have been thus far. Our main challenge has been scaling up quickly while maintaining excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
