This is the second order. THE FIRST DOES NOT WORK AND THE SECOND DOES NOT WORK. The second has the same problem as the first. I wonder if they sent the same thing back to me? Not happy because I have an MD and really need a chair. Needless to say, we'll come back to that. I just wish we could get one that doesn't rattle and the buttons on the chair work!
