The photo was taken in a standard size crib so you can see how long the large bed is. Bought 15-24 months for my little one and it's a little long for her. It's only 30.5 inches so I figured I'd get a bigger one and I'd be fine. No, too long. It's very soft and just what I was looking for. We have been using Carter's sleeping bag since she was about 1 month old and is now 14 months old. It appears to be the right step from Carter's sleeping bags. I order her a medium size and leave a large if she grows a little more. It's thicker than Carter's sleeping bag, though not by much, and softer on the inside. I love how lightning can go in any direction. A year ago this would have been great but as she grows she will be good for potty training and just checking her diaper without waking her up. We keep our house at 67-70 for sleeping. 70 is only for the little ones lately, so we're glad that we can at least be a degree or two colder with this sleeping bag.
